Terms of Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for your professional purposes in accordance with these Terms.

• Subscription: Access to the Application requires a monthly subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis.
• Free Trial: We may offer a 14-day free trial for the Application. At the end of the free trial period, you will be automatically charged the subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Subscription fees are non-refundable.

You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Application by any third party. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Using the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Application.
• Using the Application to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

You are solely responsible for all content and data you create, store, and manage using the Application. All information generated by you is stored on your own device. We are not responsible for the backup, security, or loss of your data. You assume all responsibility for your use of the Application and for any consequences thereof.

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APPLICATION; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE APPLICATION; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, a breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide you with notice of any changes by posting the new Terms within the Application or on our website. Your continued use of the Application after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
